3. Whn can the people use their right to "alter or abolish" a government?

Test Day! King to Constitution Traditional Test. What interactions and experiences influenced the colonists to declare independence? Describe the reasons the colonists separtated from Great Britain. Describe the colonists views of government. If this test is missed it must be made up after school.
