- Pass out and read Guide to Supreme Court Cases for Tinker v. Des Moines and New Jersey v. T.L.O.
- Ask, Answer, Discuss the actual Supreme Court rulings on these cases.
As a class, play half of the iCivics game, Supreme Decision. Students can register at iCivics and finish the game for overtime. A printout of the end of game document is needed.
