Homework
  1. Study (means to read over and over) your Declaration of Independence graphic organizer notes
  2. Finish your Declaration of Independence sketches.  Study D.O.I. rewritten excerpts.
Warm-Up
Revolutionary Era Facts:  complete in ISN pg. 3.13 - use textbook or resources as needed
Answer the following questions in complete sentences; use your textbook or an internet resource.  Remember to look at pictures and read captions.
1.  When, during the Revolutionary War Era, did the American colonies began forming militias?
2.  What was the first battle of the seven-year Revolutionary War?
3.  Why is the North Bridge in Concord famous?

Cooperate
Practice formal language and behaviors needed for museum visit on Friday.  Stand Up, Hand Up, Pair Up - shake hands and introduce yourself, practice referencing the textbook as if it was a museum display.

Rewrite the Declaration of Independence into 3rd grade language.  Work in Rally Partner to rewrite 8 primary source excerpts of the Declaration of Independence into third grade language and draw a sketch of each.
