Use the chart in textbook page 109 to answer the following questions in complete sentences.
- Which states had fewer than 100,000 people (name @ least 3)?
- Which states were most likely to favor representation in Congress based on population (name @ least 3)?

- Use the Steps of a Good Non-fiction Reader with text pg. 109= 8.5
- Create Cornell Notes of this information on ISN pg.4.22
- For the Virginia and New Jersey plans, try to create a visual diagram or picture of the information you read
